Holzer Health System is excited to offer an opportunity in Hematology Oncology in Gallipolis, Ohio. As we expand our oncology services to meet increasing community needs, we’re seeking compassionate, driven physicians who are eager to launch their career in a supportive, patient-focused environment. With strong mentorship, a collaborative care team, and robust referral base, this position provides an ideal foundation for long-term professional success and personal fulfillment.
Position Highlights:
- Comprehensive treatment for a variety of cases, including lung, colon, breast, and prostate cancer
- Direct affiliation with Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center, ensuring access to advanced resources and support
- Minimal call responsibilities—mostly phone consultations
- 24/7 hospitalist support
- Access to a robust referral network with over 55 primary care providers
- Supported by cutting-edge technology, including True Beam Radiation Oncology services
- Hematology/Oncology split of 60/40
- Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students
Recruitment Package:
- Three-year employment agreement with salary floor + production incentive and bonus opportunity
- Sign-on bonus
- Educational loan reimbursement - qualifies for PSLF program
- Monthly stipend until completion of fellowship program
- CME and moving expense reimbursement
- Time off - 30 days annually (increases with tenure), up to 5 days CME, and up to 8 holidays
