The Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center (PHSC)—in partnership with Premier Orthopaedics, HOPCo, and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital—seeks a Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon to join our nationally recognized team. This is a privademic opportunity combining high-volume community practice with meaningful academic engagement and advancement within Thomas Jefferson University.

What You’ll Do

•        Deliver exceptional, patient-centered upper-extremity care across clinic, OR, and call settings.
•        Teach and mentor fellows/residents through didactics, clinical rotations, and anatomy sessions (as desired).
•        Collaborate on clinical outcomes and research within a productive academic environment.

Qualifications

•        MD/DO from an accredited institution.
•        Fellowship in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery (backgrounds in Orthopedic OR Plastic Surgery welcomed).
•        Board-eligible or Board-certified in relevant specialty.
•        No minimum prior experience required.
•        State licensure is not required at application; licensure will be obtained during onboarding. Multi-state practice may include PA, NJ, and DE.
