PALLIATIVE CARE PHYSICIAN
Huntsville Hospital is seeking a Palliative Care Physician to join our current staff. Clinical duties will include inpatient consultations as well as some hospice coverage with an interdisciplinary team that consists of nurse practitioners, music therapists, social workers, and chaplains.
Huntsville Hospital is a 971-bed hospital that serves as the regional referral center for North Alabama and southern Tennessee. Our Emergency Departments treat approximately 160,000 patients per year. The hospital has 24/7 Hospitalist, Radiology, Cardiology, Orthopedic, Trauma and Neurosurgical coverage. The hospital also has dedicated Adult, Cardiovascular, Neurological, Surgical/Trauma and Pediatric ICUs. The hospital has been designated as one of three Level I trauma centers in the state.
