Palliative Medicine Physician- Rego Park, NY
Northwell Health’s Medicine Service Line and Division of Geriatric and Palliative Medicine are seeking a physician to join our Supportive Oncology Program in Rego Park, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized division. The ideal candidate should be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Palliative Medicine, or both Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Medicine. Our interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and social workers provides high-quality clinical care to older adults and those with serious and advanced illness. Highlights include academic and research opportunities, exposure to diverse patient populations, and professional development.
Northwell Health at Rego Park is located at the Northwell Health Cancer Institute, a nationally recognized cancer care facility offering state-of-the-art technology, leading-edge clinical trials, and a full range of support programs. Our center is a unique facility that provides exceptional care for virtually every type of cancer with a wide range of coordinated treatments, including Ambulatory hematology, Leading-edge chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Hormone therapy, and Targeted therapy. Patients are offered clinical trials as the standard of our care.

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future
