About the Role
We are seeking an experienced internist to join our concierge-style practice, bringing together exceptional medicine, high-touch service, and the principles of Medicine 3.0. In this role, you will focus primarily on direct patient care—conducting comprehensive virtual visits, synthesizing biometric and clinical data, and creating personalized, prevention-focused treatment plans.
You’ll be supported by a physician assistant and a patient care coordinator, allowing you to dedicate your time to what matters most: clinical decision-making, building patient relationships, and advancing medical innovation. This position is ideal for a physician who is passionate about evidence-based, data-driven medicine and is eager to deliver an elevated patient experience that combines world-class care with modern technology.
What You’ll Do
Success in this role is about bringing world-class medicine and service together. You will focus on direct patient care, applying Medicine 3.0 principles to design personalized, data-driven health plans while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Supported by a physician assistant and patient care coordinator, you’ll spend your time where it matters most—clinical decision-making, patient relationships, and advancing medical innovation.
Delivering exceptional patient care – You’ll conduct in-depth visits, analyze labs and physiologic data, and guide patients through personalized, prevention-focused care plans.
Applying Medicine 3.0 in practice – You’ll integrate the latest frameworks in longevity, prevention, and lifestyle medicine into tailored patient strategies.
Focusing on clinical precision – With a support team managing documentation and logistics, you’ll devote your energy to diagnosis, risk assessment, and treatment planning.
Communicating with clarity – You’ll translate complex concepts into actionable guidance, ensuring patients feel confident and supported.
Driving clinical innovation – You’ll continuously explore and implement new research, tools, and approaches that advance modern internal medicine.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Direct Patient Care (65%)
Conducting comprehensive virtual visits via Zoom
Interpreting biometric, physiologic, and clinical data to build actionable treatment plans
Performing nuanced risk assessments and guiding patients through personalized strategies
Focusing on high-touch, concierge-style interactions that elevate the patient experience
Clinical Growth & Innovation (25%)
Staying current with Medicine 3.0 literature and emerging research
Exploring and adopting new devices, tools, and technologies to optimize outcomes
Refining protocols and incorporating evidence-based advancements into daily practice
Care Team Collaboration (5%)
Coordinating with the physician assistant and patient care coordinator to ensure thorough documentation and follow-through
Working with health coaches and support staff to execute patient protocols smoothly
Patient Experience Oversight (5%)
Providing input to ensure patients consistently receive concierge-level service
Anticipating patient needs and supporting the team in proactive care delivery
Requirements
What We’re Looking For (Must Haves)
- MD with an active DEA license
- At least 5 years of post-residency clinical experience in internal medicine, including time in a concierge-style practice
- A deep passion for Medicine 3.0, with demonstrated application in both personal health and professional practice
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional, high-touch patient care—both in person and virtually via Zoom
- A strong commitment to service excellence and elevating the patient experience at every interaction
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex risk and medical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for patients, while maintaining polished, professional communication across clinical, team, and external settings
- Advanced analytical capacity and critical thinking, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in interpreting and applying clinical and physiologic data (e.g., exercise physiology, sleep, biometric devices)
- Confidence in presenting complex, nuanced medical concepts to highly detail-oriented audiences
- Meticulous attention to detail, paired with superlative time and task management skills
- Strong proficiency in EMR systems, with genuine enthusiasm for adopting, learning, and implementing new software solutions
