Essential Functions:

  • Examinations, evaluations, assessments; diagnose and treat illness and chronic medical conditions.
  • Ensures patient satisfaction and develops plans to improve patient satisfaction.
  • Participates in activities such as health fairs, classes and community events, as required.
  • Triage patients to determine the level of care and referrals to in-house Specialists.
  • Work collaboratively with Physicians and Specialists, nursing and support staff to provide quality patient care as well as educate patient and patients’ families.
  • Conduct and/or coordinate education to increase the knowledge of patient, patient family, and others. Providing appropriate instruction based on patient needs to support the continuum of care.
  • Appropriate and timely documentation of clinical care. Code and bill accurately per established protocol and procedure. Ensure that records are detailed and complete, and comply with related standards and regulations


  • Must have or be eligible to have a current and unrestricted NP  or PA license
  • Must be able to see 4 patients per hour the first years and 5 per after year 2
  • Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner  Program  or Physician Assistant Program
  • Must have or be eligible to have a Nevada Pharmacy and DEA License
  • A minimum of one-year experience in Pediatrics
  • Must have 2-3 years of  Managed Care experience  
  • Available to work 1 weekend per month
  • Ability to float between practice locations
