Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists (SOS), the premier orthopedic practice in Central New York, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team at Specialists One-Day Surgery Center, our state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center in North Syracuse.

We are currently hiring both W-2 and 1099 CRNAs who are looking for exceptional compensation, a predictable schedule, and the opportunity to work alongside one of New York's most respected orthopedic surgery teams.

Compensation & Financial Incentives

W-2 Employment

• Base salary: $295,000–$330,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Up to $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to $5,000 Relocation Assistance
• Competitive overtime compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week

1099 Opportunity

• Competitive hourly compensation

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active New York RN/APRN license or eligibility for licensure
