Requirements
What You’ll Do
Serve as Clinic Director (DC): Lead all aspects of the Renton facility — patient care, operations, team culture, community outreach.
Shape the business: Help design systems, workflow, and the patient experience that align with your belief in truly patient-centered care.
Be a community builder: Foster relationships with local partners, develop outreach programs, and grow our presence in the Renton area.
Mentor and grow a team: Hire, develop, and nurture staff. Your leadership will set the tone for our culture.
Drive performance: Metrics matter — you’ll define and measure success, with the support and reward structure to match.
Who You Are
You are a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) with experience leading or mentoring others (or a strong vision for doing so).
