Since I am nearing full retirement, I, and the Department of Urology, are seeking fellowship trained individuals to carry on my thriving practice of Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery here at Boston Medical Center. I would stay a few months to help transition you (introduction to my referral base, orientation to the OR and microsurgical equipment, implementation of a carefully designed schedule, etc). The opportunity, although not required by any means, to be involved in our well-seasoned, structurally-mature Transgender Surgical Program in conjunction with Plastic Surgery is also there, but only if desired. A portion of the practice would involve General Urology as well, consistent with your particular skill set (no robotic surgery, for example, if that is not what you are well trained in and comfortable performing).
Requirements
Fellowship training in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery to be completed on or before June/July 2026. Alternatively, you may have completed training previously and simply looking for a new opportunity/location to practice.
