PeaceHealth, based in Vancouver, Washington, is a not-for-profit Catholic health system serving communities across Washington, Oregon, and Alaska.

With nearly 17,000 caregivers, a medical group of more than 1,300 physician & clinicians, and nine medical centers, PeaceHealth delivers compassionate care to both urban and rural communities throughout the Pacific Northwest. Guided by a dyad leadership model, each medical group pairs an administrative leader with a clinical leader - ensuring collaboration, shared accountability, and alignment toward common goals.
