Cone Heath OrthoCare located in Greensboro NC, is seeking a fellowship-trained sports medicine orthopedic surgeon to join our collegial, well-established team. We are seeking a surgeon with exceptional character and strong procedural skills, focused on sports medicine, trauma, and general orthopedics. 

Schedule: Group call is 1:7 and typically coincides with unassigned hospital call. Unassigned hospital call at Moses Cone Hospital (level 2 Trauma Center) and Wesley Long Hospital (level 3 Trauma Center) is approximately 3 to 4 times total per month.

OrthoCare Greensboro is an outstanding hospital-employed practice that offers a full range of Orthopedic Services.  The group includes nine physicians and six APPs specializing in total joint replacement, sports medicine, foot & ankle, spine, and hand surgery.  Additionally, the practice includes non-surgical physicians in physiatry and primary care/sports medicine. This opportunity offers:

• RVU-based & quality metric compensation model.
• An initial salary guarantee as new doctor builds their practice.
• No required physician buy-in to practice.

MedCenter Greensboro is a state-of-the-art multi-specialty facility, including onsite rehab,  sports/fitness center including aquatics, gymnasium, emergency department, and more. • Referral base of over 500 physicians and advanced practice providers within Cone Health Medical Group.
