- You'll join an established ophthalmology team with a strong market presence.
- Use a medically focused, referral-driven model and collaborate with the optometry team.

Schedule
- Flexible hours tailored to balance clinic and surgical time

Compensation & Benefits
- Employed position with a base salary of $425,000 - $475,000 and production incentives
- Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice with tail coverage
- Generous PTO and CME time, including annual allowance
- Potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO, board-eligible or board-certified in Ophthalmology
- Fellowship training is welcomed, but not mandatory
- Residents and fellows encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical skills and a collaborative approach are required
